Our Mission
To be a provider of the best possible solutions for our clients technology needs
Emergency Repair Shop was started in 2012 by G Dull II, a young entrepreneur with a degree in Computer Science. They opened their Linwood, N.J. store in 2014, expanding into the larger retail-style space to meet customers needs. Originally specializing in device repairs for smartphones and computers, they have transitioned into providing a full range of technology support and services for consumers and businesses.
Their company mission “To be a provider of the best possible solutions for our clients technology needs” is a constant drive to improve processes, find better solutions, and make everyone’s experience with technology better. With this mission in mind they have expanded offerings into managed services for businesses allowing a deeper integration with their client’s computer systems and provide a premier service. With these changes they have rebranded to ERS and are in the process of shifting company focus entirely to managed services.
In 2022 ERS purchased their own office with a more professional layout including reception area and a dedicated meeting room. This allowed for further focus on support of business computer systems and their networks. Additionally the new Northfield office has a standby generator and LTE network failover to allow us to continue work in even the most extreme circumstances.

July 2022
Having completed renovations at their new office, the Northfield location opens and the original Linwood location closes after nearly eight years.
April 2022
ERS purchases their new office in Northfield. Previously the location of Payroll Express.
October 2020
ERS wins Atlantic City Best of the Press Silver for “Best I.T. Service Company”
October 2019
ERS launches their new MSP website you’re on now.
August 2019
ERS wins Atlantic City Best of the Press Gold twice one for “Best I.T. Service Company” and one for “Best Phone Repair”.
December 2018
Having researched hundreds of vendors and I.T. solutions, ERS starts offering support contracts for their business clients.
August 2018
ERS wins Atlantic City Best of the Press Gold for “Best Phone Repair”.
March 2017
Having built up a client base of business customers who need ongoing support, ERS starts developing its managed services offerings.
September 2015
Thumbtack rated #1 in mobile computer service for the Philadelphia area.
October 2014
Company moved into it’s Shore Road location in Linwood, N.J.
June 2013
Emergency Repair Shop LLC was formed focusing on providing high quality device repairs for consumers.
